Granulates

Granulate is a great alternative to traditional potting medias. It will fill any container or garden bed you may have. You can mix granulate with any other amendment or potting mix you want. Granulate holds a lot of water. You can make a drier and faster draining mix by mixing granulate with coco-can croutons or Grodan Gro-Cubes™.

The easy way to get a mix is to just layer the different mixes in the pot. For example fill 2" of granulate in the pot. Then add 0.5-1" of Croutons, then granulate on top etc etc.

Granulate uses:

• On its own as a potting mix.
• Mix with any potting mix to improve aeration and water holding capacity.
• Mix water absorbent granulate into your sandy garden soil to improve water holding capacity.
• Mix repellent granulate into you heavy soil to improve aeration.
• Granulate can also be combined with our OMRI certified Coco-can grow mix or croutons.
